300gPrune without stone
7.5dlWater
80gSugar

Instructions for Prune pudding

To prepare the Prune pudding recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sveskerne soaked in boiled, cooled water for 24 hours.

Grated lemon peel is added. Sveskerne boil gently until tender in water about 15 mins.

Juice sweetened and smoothed with the udrørte jævning in cold water. Sprinkled with sugar and allow to cool.

Cream sauce or cream is served.
