Oranges, the shell of which
Mint, fresh
Whipped cream

3dlOrange juice, freshly squeezed
4Egg yolk, pasteurised
4Egg white, pasteurized
4tbspSugar
8Isinglass, leaves

Instructions for Orange Mousse

To prepare the Orange Mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:

Soaked house blast in cold water.

Whip the egg yolks with sugar. Add the fried orange peel and half of the juice.

Knock the house block free of water and melt it over the water bath. Among them, the house blossom melted with the rest of the apple juice. Stir the blister mixture in a thin rays of eggs.
