Ingredients for Orange Mousse
Oranges, the shell of which | ||

4 | tbsp | Sugar |

Instructions for Orange Mousse
To prepare the Orange Mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Soaked house blast in cold water.
Whip the egg yolks with sugar. Add the fried orange peel and half of the juice.
Knock the house block free of water and melt it over the water bath. Among them, the house blossom melted with the rest of the apple juice. Stir the blister mixture in a thin rays of eggs.
Whip the egg whites stiff and turn them gently into the egg yolks.
Distribute the dessert into serving glasses and style them cold for a couple of hours.
Decorate with whipped cream, fresh mint leaves and finely ground orange peel just before serving.
