Instructions for Mac n 'cheese
To prepare the Mac n 'cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grind the cheeses (or use cheese that has already been torn).
Add water to boil soup horns. Put the butter in a large saucepan and add a flour and cook. Add the milk a bit, so that the mass becomes even and thickened.
Add the cheeses to the milk together with the creme fraichen. Warm card and under VERY weak heat mass until it becomes uniform. Add salt, pepper, chili and nutmeg.
Cook soup horns according to instructions and pour the water off. Then pour the soup in the cheese sauce and stir well.
