1/2 | dl | Vinegar |
10 | g | Salt |
15 | g | Sugar |
2 | Bay leaves | |
3 | can | Peeled tomatoes |
3 | clove | Garlic |
4 | Crushed black peppercorns | |
8 | twigs | Fresh thyme |
Instructions for Ketchup
To prepare the Ketchup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse and dry the tomatoes well and cut them into smaller pieces. Got them in a saucepan with the other ingredients and let them boil gently, covered, for 40 min. Stir occasionally so they do not burn. Remove the Bay leaves and thyme stems, and fits the mixture through a sieve. Place in a pan and reduce to 2/3. Remove from the heat, after which ketchuppen accepted on glass.
