To prepare the Karithopita (Greek Walnut Deed) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the butter and sugar well together, share the eggs and stir the egg yolks in one at a time. Add the milk, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and chopped walnuts. Whip the egg whites stiff and stir 1/3 of them in the dough so that it is softened. The rest of the whites are turned into the dough with light hand.

Bring the dough into a well-baked bread pan. 20 x 30 cm and behind the cake at 175ยค for approx. 35 min.
