Instructions for Ice cream machine
To prepare the Ice cream machine recipe, please follow these instructions:
Egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar are whipped "white" or until it has become a cool mass.
Cream is whipped and turned into the egg mass. Everything is poured on the ice machine (with compressor) and runs approx. 30-40 minutes or until the machine goes on. The ice is now soft and delicious, but can be put in the freezer if it is to be more hard.
tips:
Lacquer syrup can be added. Server optionally with a raspberry sorbet.
