2 | dl | Dark syrup |
3.5 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
7 | dl | Wheat flour |
7 | dl | Rye flour |
Instructions for Homemade cakes
To prepare the Homemade cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring flour, salt and bowl to Dough 1 in a bowl and pour boiling water over. Stir it together and let it stand overnight.
Crumble the yeast to dough 2 in a bowl. Dissolve it in lukewarm water. Mix dough 1 and rye flour. Work it together into a linden dough. Leave it raised for 4 hours.
Add sirup, garlic flour and wheat flour a little at a time. Work the dough well and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Work the dough through on a flour board. Divide it into three and shape them into bread. Bring each bread in a greased form, 1 ½ l, let them rise for 30 min.
Place the shapes on a plate and cover them with another lubricated plate. Bake at 175 degrees on the bottom groove for about 50 minutes.
Brush the finished bread with water and let them cool on a grate with a cloth over.
