Instructions for Good potato soup
To prepare the Good potato soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the whites of leeks into slices and rinse them well under cold water. Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed pan and sauté leek and minced garlic. Add potatoes and celery into coarse cubes, broth, Bay and thyme and simmer, covered, for about 30 mins.
Remote Laurel and thyme sprigs, purér the soup in a food processor and got it back in the pan. Boil while stirring up the soup and season with salt and pepper.
(Fry bacon crisp and allow it to drain on a paper towel. Server soup with bacon and coarsely crushed wheat bread, 200 g.)
Tips:
Replace if necessary Peel with parsley roots, carrots, parsnips, or a mixture of both. in order to make the right extra delicious add a half or a whole package pikantost (great for kids) you can put in the soup almost whatever you want. bacon can be deselected
