Ingredients for Egyptian Okrabudding

Instructions for Egyptian Okrabudding
To prepare the Egyptian Okrabudding recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wash the okra. Cut the stems off and halve the hexagonal vegetables.
Melt 30 g. Butter in a saucepan, put the oak pieces in and simmer for 5 minutes. Take them up and let them drip off.
Melt the rest of the butter and put the chopped chopped onion. Shake it for a few minutes. Then add the chopped meat and brown it well. Add crushed garlic, tomato sauce, boiling broth, pepper and saltwood. Cook all about 10 minutes, where the vapors evaporate. Take it from the heat and stir the yogurt.
In a greased ovenproof dish, first add half the meat mixture, then the okra and finally the rest of the meat. Place it in the oven at 170 degrees C. alm. Oven for 45 minutes.
Before serving, decorate the okrabudd with lemon boats and parsley.
Served with bread.
