Ingredients for Dreamy lovely carrot bush
1 | Large handful of sunflower seeds or other seeds | |
1.25 | tsp | Coarse salt |
1.5 | tbsp | Sugar or sweetener |
2 | Eggs | |
2.5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
2-3 | Medium-sized carrots | |
25 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Dreamy lovely carrot bush
To prepare the Dreamy lovely carrot bush recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water, add coarse carrots, sunflower seeds, eggs, sugar and salt.
Stir flour for a little while until you can not touch any more and pour the sticky paste out onto the table. Add more flour and knead until the consistency is good. The dough still has to stick a little on the hands and the table.
Put the dough for raising in a spoonful of bowl for half an hour.
After raising, place the dough on baking sheets in 12 small lumps using two spoons. Remember distance - they will be a part bigger if you are on a different raise.
The carrot bushes should not be formed, closer to be deformed bumps.
Let them adhere to the cover for 45 minutes.
Then bake the carrot bushes at 200 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until they are golden and sound cave when knocking them lightly at the bottom with a knot.
tips:
Tip: Spray a few times with a water sprayer into the oven during the first 10 minutes of the baking time. The bubbles breathe up and become beautiful and golden when they get steam during baking.
