Instructions for Coconut Rhubarb Cake
To prepare the Coconut Rhubarb Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the rhubarb, cut into smaller pieces and steam them in the sugar and a little water.
Stir a dough of softened butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and finally stir the coconut flour.
The chopped almonds are sprinkled in a greased refractory dish and the rhubarb spread over and sprinkle with 50 g of coconut flour.
Divide the dough over the filling The cake is baked for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees C. Alm. Oven (until the cake is golden).
