Instructions for Churros
To prepare the Churros recipe, please follow these instructions:
Came the water, butter and salt in a saucepan. Cook it up and got flour in. Stir well in it until you have a "bun". Take the Pan from the heat and let the cool 15-20 minutes.
Pour "bread roll" in a bowl and whip (elpisk) the 3 eggs in.
Pour plenty of oil in a saucepan or high forehead. Pour batter into an icing bag and press the dough into long pieces ca. 15 cm. Let them cook for about 6 minutes.
Let them drain and put them on the fat-sucking paper.
