1 | dl | Whipped cream |
10 | g | Butter |
15 | g | Wheat flour |
2.5 | dl | Pork broth |
250 | g | Cherry tomatoes |
250 | g | Spring onions |
600 | g | Pork chops |
Instructions for Chops in the estragon sauce
To prepare the Chops in the estragon sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn the chops into wheat flour with added spices. Brunes on both sides of the fat. Put - not too close - in a frying pan.
