Ingredients for Casserole in the wok

Oil for frying
Rice flour for Breading
1 Egg white
1 can Cod roe (125 g), cut into "bricks" (ca. 1-2 cm on each led)
2 cm Fresh ginger, finely chopped
2 clove Garlic, finely chopped
2-3 tbsp Ketjap manis (Indonesian soy sauce)
2-3 tbsp Risbrændevin
2-4 small Thai Red chili, finely chopped, Inc. cores

Instructions for Casserole in the wok

To prepare the Casserole in the wok recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour oil into the wok and warm it up. Turn the cucumber slices into egg white and then in rice flour and raise them 1-2 minutes at high heat until golden brown. Add garlic, ginger and chilli, and add 1-2 more minutes under gentle but constant stirring. Pour rice brandy and Ketjap manis on and stir around. Step approx. 1 minute until it is visible that the Ketjap manis is well distributed. Serve with noodles or rice.
