Instructions for 'Wet' potatoes

To prepare the 'Wet' potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the potatoes and cut into smaller pieces of 2-3 cm.
Pour the potatoes into a freezer bag.
Pour oil into bags. (The more oil, the "wetter" becomes the potatoes and it works instead of sauce.)
Sprinkle salt and want spices into the bag.
Grab the top of the bag and turn it around sometimes so it is closed, but there is still some air in the bag.
Shake the bag well so that spices and oil spread well on the potatoes.
Put a piece of baking paper in a refractory dish.
Pour the potatoes into the dish.
Place the dish in the oven for one hour at 220 degrees C. alm. oven.
