10dlSemi-skimmed milk
1000gRaw broccoli in bouquets
1000gRaw carrot in spelling
12Raw eggs or pasteurized whole egg
400gGrated cheese

Instructions for Vegetable Stage II

To prepare the Vegetable Stage II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the broccoli bouquets into leachate water approx. 3 minutes. Take them up and drop them in a sieve. Also cook the carrots in salted water for 4-5 minutes, also let them drizzle.
