Instructions for Pengasius with honey, soy and ginger
To prepare the Pengasius with honey, soy and ginger recipe, please follow these instructions:
Many years ago, Netto had such an offer of something they called family fish; There were pangasius fillets with some honey / soya marinade. I do not quite know how it ended up, but I have made this marinade which I think is perfect. Apart from the draw time, it takes up to 10 minutes to make this fish and it tastes wonderful!
The ginger is peeled and chopped finely, mixed with honey and soy and together with the fish it is placed in a plastic bag lined for ten minutes-many hours. Pangasius is a fish that is loose in the meat ie it takes very easy against marinade, so ten minutes are ok if you just have longer.
Stir for about 3 minutes on each side at medium heat.
A breeze for the whole family!
