Ingredients for Orange marmalade 02

The fruit can be oranges, grapefruit, lemons, lime and pomelo
1000 g Purified fruit (Peel + pulp)
700 g Sugar

Instructions for Orange marmalade 02

To prepare the Orange marmalade 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wash the fruits (orange, grape, lemon) well - cleans the surface with a "green-sponge sponge".

Peel the fruits.

Removes most of the white medium layer from the surface of the orange juice and the inside of the peel.

Blender fruit meat.

Cuts the peel into strips - here you decide the size depending on how rough a jam you want. - I would like them to be 2 - 3 cm long and 3 mm wide.

Dissolve the sugar in as little water as possible - and it does not have to be much when it warms up well at the same time.

Mix it all in a large pot and let it boil approx. 3 hours. Remember to touch often.

You can cook it 2-4 hours depending on the texture you want. The longer the cooking time, the more "caramel-like" texture.
