30 | g | Sunflower oil (6%) |
320 | g | Lukewarm water (64%) |
5 | ml | Instant dry yeast (1%) |
500 | g | Wheat flour – kagemel (100%) |
Instructions for Micro wave raised wheat bread
To prepare the Micro wave raised wheat bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flour and other ingredients are mixed together in a bowl with a wooden bowl or the like.
Divide the mixture into two parts and knead it into a uniform dough in a food processor - 15 seconds for each part.
Put the dough, covered with plastic, into the mixing bowl and place the dish in a microwave oven set to 10% (the lowest setting)
Connect the power for 3 minutes - disconnect power for 3 minutes - connect power for 3 minutes - disconnect power for 6 minutes and the dough should now be born to double size in 15 minutes
The dough is shaped into French bread, placed in a greased rye bread and put to the top of the mold and with a small raise in the middle
Bake bread on oven combination setting: Cold start, 230 * C convection, 30% microwave for 15 minutes
In this way a French bread can be baked in approx. 45 minutes
