To prepare the Mexican tortilla a la Jette recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put the meat in a pot of salt and pepper. Add ketchup after 2-3 minutes and allow to fry for an additional 2-3 minutes. Turn on the oven. Chop onions and peppers, grate the cheese.
