0.75dlWheat flour
1dlBrown sugar
1canCoconut milk
10pcsFresh mint leaves
2tbspPeanut butter
2tbspOil
2tbspRed curry paste
2tbspSoy sauce
4cloveChopped garlic
500gMinced pork

Instructions for Meatballs in peanut sauce

To prepare the Meatballs in peanut sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Meatballs: Form the meat to buns (about 2-3 cm in diameter)
Roll the meatballs in the flour and shake off excess flour.
Heat the oil in a wok and stir the garlic with stirring for approx. ½ min. Add the meatballs and add them until they have a golden brown color.
Take them up with a casing and let them drip on the kitchen roll.
Then bring curry paste into the wok and let it fry in the rest of the oil and garlic for approx. ½ min.
Add coconut milk and peanut butter and bring to a boil for a few minutes. Add brown daffodil, soy sauce and let it boil a little. Bring whole mint leaves and let them boil for 1 min.
Place the meatballs in the sauce and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
