Ingredients for Healthy muffins

0.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
100 g Grahams
150 g Wheat flour
2 Eggs
2 tsp Cinnamon
3 tsp Baking soda
3 tbsp Oil
4 ml Milk
700 g Fruit and vegetables-(URf.eks. 300 g grated Apple, 200 g 200 g grated carrots, raisins/chopped nuts)
90 g Sugar

Instructions for Healthy muffins

To prepare the Healthy muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

The dry ingredients are mixed together.
The "wet ingredients" are mixed together.
Both mixtures mix well into a bowl. If desired, add more wheat flour if the dough is too liquid.
Put the dough into muffin mold and bag for 20 min at 180 degrees

Tip. Use 300 g of apple, 200 g carrots, 100g hazelnuts and 100g 70% chocolate.
