1 tbsp Chopped fresh coriander "pak tie
1 tbsp Peanut oil, "nam Mon tuur"
1 Udkernet, red pepper into thin strips "dot falang"
dl Sataysauce "nam jem muu stiik"
125 g Long beans in 5 cm long pieces "trip faak jaau
2 tbsp Chopped, roasted unsalted peanuts "tuur
2 small Onion cut into eighths "hom hur jar"
200 g Pork/kyllingkød in thin strips "mue/gai"
500 g Air-dried brokoli leaves "pak tjo"

To prepare the Fast, fast-paced satay dish recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or sauterpande. Add the onions and lightning them for 4-5 minutes until they are soft. Add meat, long beans, red pepper and broccoli leaves and lightning sticks for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Stir satay sauce and peanuts in and boil for 2-3 minutes until the dish is hot. Decorate with coriander.
