1 | pinch | Salt |
1 | tbsp | Sugar |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | dl | Whole milk |
4 | Eggs |
Instructions for Dessert Pancakes
To prepare the Dessert Pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir flour, milk and salt together. Let it rest for at least half an hour.
Stir eggs, melt butter and sugar in the dough.
Bake the pancakes in butter on the forehead. There will be 8-12 thin pancakes depending on the size of the plot.
Roll the pancakes or fold them in triangle with each a spoonful of apricot or orange marmalade and put it in a greased refractory dish.
Sprinkle the pancakes with flour and almonds and put the dish in a 200 degree C. Alm. Oven for 10 minutes.
Serve the pancakes with soft vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. If you have a sweet orange liqueur (Contreau), standing in the bar, you can splash it a bit before serving.
