Ingredients for Crammers au vin

20Small peeled shallots around 150 g. (buy the frozen if they are going to have it easy)
200gSmall fresh mushrooms
25gButter
3-4dlRed wine

Instructions for Crammers au vin

To prepare the Crammers au vin recipe, please follow these instructions:

The chicken is split out into smaller pieces. Battle it clipped free of rind and cut into narrow strips that fry with small peeled onion. When this becomes Golden added chicken pieces in with white onion into slices and the whole Brown well in some minutes.
