Ingredients for Coffee lubricant
100 | g | Milk chocolate |
15 | g | Corn flour |
2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
2.5 | dl | Cooking cream |
4 | tbsp | Finished brewed coffee |
4 | tbsp | Honey or maple syrup |
4 | pinch | Salt |
80 | g | Ground almonds or hazelnuts |
Instructions for Coffee lubricant
To prepare the Coffee lubricant recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the chocolate and put the pieces in a bowl.
Pour 0.5 dl of cream into a bowl and set aside.
Pour 2 dl cream in a pan with vanilla sugar and warm it up.
When the cream is warm enough, pour it over the chocolate.
Stir around until the chocolate is melted and blended with the cream.
Pour the mass back into the pan.
Add almonds / hazelnuts, honey / syrup, salt and coffee and warm it up.
Mix the maizena with the cream you set aside at the start.
Pour the last cream into the pan and stir well for 5-10 minutes while boiling slowly until the mixture starts to thicken.
Place the pan aside and let it cool a little before pouring it onto the glass and putting it in the fridge.
