To prepare the Chokoladenøddetærte recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut / grate baking paper to match the bottom of the mold. Lubricate the form and baking paper with butter and put the baking paper in the bottom of the mold. Blend nuts and almonds until they are powdered (30-40 seconds). Crush 200 grams of chocolate and blend it with the nuts. Pour nuts, almonds and chocolate into a bowl. Blend butter and sugar until the cream becomes creamy. Add egg yolks one at a time. Stir the butter mixture into the chocolate and nuts.
Whip egg whites added a little salt stiff. Gently turn the whites in the chocolate mixture and pour it all up into the mold. Before the cake is put in the oven, crush the last 100 grams of chocolate and put the pieces into the dough.
The pie is baked in the oven at 190 degrees for an hour. The pie is served with cremefraiche or ice cream.
