Instructions for Bulb-almond cake
To prepare the Bulb-almond cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the pears, divide them in half and distant flower, stem and core house. Bring water, sugar and the battered vanilla pole into the boil. Get half the pears - some pieces at a time - let them boil barely tenderly. Let the pears cool in the layers.
Dough:
Stir sugar and butter together. Stir the eggs in one at a time. Mix the flour with light hand. Chop the almonds nicely - they do not have to be slipped first - and put them in.
Place the cold pears with the curved side up in a greased refractory dish. Distribute the dough over.
Bake the cake for about 30 minutes at 175 degrees C. Alm. oven.
The cake is enjoyed warm or cold with whipped cream.
tips:
Also can be baked with apples.
Can also use pickled pear from cans and they should not be boiled.
