To prepare the Blackened steak recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start with the grill. In the meantime melt some unsalted butter into a small saucepan. Turn the steak into the butter, so it acts as "glue" on the meat. Sprinkle with round hand Blackened Steak on one side of the meat. When the grill is warm enough, place the steak on. Then sprinkle as much Blackened Steak on the other hand and the meat is reversed after a few minutes.
Out of season, the grill is replaced by a gritty cast iron bucket. Remember to turn on the hood or to close the windows.
