Recipes with Soy
Pour 2 1/2 dl of boiling water over the bulge and leave it under cover for 15 minutes until water is soaked and the bulgus is soft. Season the beans, cut the carrots in the tern and steam the vegetables in a little water with salt until they are half-lubricate
Sprinkle onions and cut in ½ cm. Thick slices. Cut garlic. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and raise the coarse golden and soft at low heat. Sprinkle with sugar and simmer, add soy and chopped chilli and cook. Pour broth and simmer for half an hour.

Put the meat in a marinade of garlic, soy, sherry and hoisinsauce and let it soak for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Grill the meat about 25 mins., not too close to the coals, or indirectly in charcoal grill.

It all mix easily in a bowl and season with e.g. soybean, paprika, chilli, ketchup, garlic, curry paste or similar, depending on what it is for.
