Recipes with Butter/margarine
Place the salmon with the skins side down in the greased pan, add butter / margarine lemon slices and dill on. Add white wine and cover the frying pan with aloe oil. Place it in the oven at 220 gr for 20 min.
Add to the sauce egg yolks and water thick over
Whip the eggs together. Pour the egg on warm pan. Stir constantly in the dish under low heat until the egg mass is stiffened.
Sprinkle chopped onion over the egg dish. Server coarse rye bread for this.
Bottom: It all blends together.
Let it rise for about 20 minutes.
Bag it for approx. 20 minutes without filling.
Put up and back again for 20 minutes.
(The reason why the filler must not be on all the time is of course that it does not get dry!)
