Recipes with Atamon
Heat vinegar, water and sugar. The sugar must be dissolved completely before adding the chilli.
Clean the habanero for kernels and cut it well, or blend it for best results.
When the sugar is dissolved add chilli and boil the sugar for 1 minute.

The rinses are rinsed, cleaned and cut into quarters. They are boiled in water and lemon juice for approx. 15 minutes.

Blend until all is mixed.
Add if necessary. Atamon (1-2 capsule) to increase shelf life.
tips:
Good butter sandwich for rye bread.
Boil ribs and water for half an hour under cover.
Add SEED and atamon.
Let the juice cool and say the juice from the berries.
Pour if necessary. Juice through a dish to remove grums.
Heel the juice on a 1 liter atamon flask.
Cut the apples into both and remove the kernels and stems.
