Desserts (cold) recipes
Water, lemon peel, sugar, cinnamon and cardamom are placed in a saucepan and boiled by low heat. Si is made and add sauternes. When the layer is cold it pours over grapes, pears and strawberries. Let the salad pull for approx. 3 hours before serving

Decorate with fresh berries and lemon balm at the serving.
