Ingredients for The Best Muffin

Caramel color

Large muffin cups
1 dl Milk
2 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Vanilla sugar
3 Eggs
3 dl Wheat flour
3 dl Sugar
75 g Butter

Instructions for The Best Muffin

To prepare the The Best Muffin recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Warm the oven up to 200º. Put the muffin molds on a baking sheet
2. Warm milk and butter in a small saucepan on a low quench until the butter is completely melted
3. Whip egg and sugar for 2 minutes.
4. Mix all the dry ingredients together but NOT cocoa. Make sure the oven has warmed before touching them in the egg mixture.
5. Gently stir the butter milk, but if you stir too much after baking powder has come in, the air bubbles can escape, so the cakes will float flat and hard.
6. Fill the molds halfway (If you want chocolate muffins, fill half of the dough into the molds, stir 3 tablespoons of cocoa in the rest of the dough and spread it into the molds). Place the cakes in the oven immediately and put them in 200º for 15 minutes.

tips:
If ice creams come on, it should stand for a couple of hours in the refrigerator
