15 g Isinglass
150 g Strawberry
3 Eggs
300 g Yougurt naturel
50 g Sugar

To prepare the Strawberry mouse recipe, please follow these instructions:

"Omvikl" the four individual bowls outside with bagepapri to 3-4 cm over the edge-volume paper stuck with a bomudssnor (the tape does not work on wax paper)

Soak up the gelatine in cold water. Beat the egg yolks and sugar to a ready kreme. Blend the strawberries and mix quickly to a purè pureen with yougurten. Melt the gelatine in water bath. Mix the melted and cooled gelatin with egg-and jordbærblandingende. Beat the egg and turn them into hvidernes stiff mixture. Fill the four individual bowls with mixture and let the mousse stiffen some hours prior to serving.
