1 BT feta (200 g) drained and crumbled
1 pkg Puff pastry
1 Medium-sized chopped onion
1 pkg -melted pressed chopped spinach

To prepare the Spinach canoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Puff pastry rolled thinly, set out with a large teacup. When all "the cups" are ready made a mixture of onions, feta, Spinach flavoured with salt, pepper and nutmeg. This is distributed on the "cups"-be so half of dough folded over the filling-Press firmly with a fork, brushed with egg, bake about 20 minutes at 200 degrees until golden. Serve hot, warm or cold for a good salad.
