Pepper, freshly ground
Salt
100 g Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 Baking potatoes cut into strips
2 tbsp Fresh Marjoram
250 g Green asparagus, peeled and cut into pieces of 2 cm. length
400 g Good pasta
400 g Smoked swordfish in strips

Cook the pasta "al dénte" in a saucepan with boiling, low salted water.

Heat the oil in a thickened pan and grate asparagus and potatoes until golden and warm. The freshly cooked pasta is wrapped in, along with marjoram, salt and pepper. Bring freshly grated parmesan cheese over the dish.
