2 | tbsp | Curry |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
2 | pcs | Red grapefruit |

To prepare the Radicchio, heart salad with curry, grilled fennel and fruit recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut grapefruit boats out of the fruit. Press the "hull".
Sauter curry and ginger in butter and oil, add grapefruit juice and boil and remove.
Divide the fennel into 2 half. Cut into slices from top to bottom, so the slices are held together by the root.
Grill the thinly sliced fennel lubricated with oil on dry griddles. Also grill the melon in slices. Brush with oil, salt and pepper.
Grill also radicchio (spoon maybe 4 pieces.) Brush with oil, salt and pepper.
Take the cooked one-piece citrus sauce. Turn the grilled fennel and grapefruit and add the heart salad. Brush with oil, salt and pepper.
