1 pkg Cheasy cream cheese with garlic
1 dl Vegetable Fund like "good taste
1 Hokkaido peeled and chopped
2 l Water
3 Onions, peeled and finely chopped
5 tbsp Coriander seeds
6 tbsp Balsamic-vinegar
6-8 Potatoes peeled and diced

To prepare the Pumpkin Soup with hokkaido recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sauté the chopped vegetables in olive oil with coriander, salt and pepper. Add the other ingredients and let the soup simmer for approx. 45 min. Blend everything with a hand blender. If you use regular blender, then blend only a little at a time. Serve with chopped parsley and good bread.
