To prepare the Pernille's healthy smoothies recipe, please follow these instructions:
You take a blender, so you get all the "dry" ingredients.
When you think it's blended well together put all the "wet" ingredients into it and then blend it again until it's well blended.
If you do not think it's thin enough do you just put more milk or apple juice in.
And then you get it in glass four glasses and then you get it in the freezer for 10 minutes and BINGO then you have four healthy smoothies.
