Instructions for Kærlighedsmums

To prepare the Kærlighedsmums recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter, while eggs and sugar whipped fluffy. The milk is poured into the butter, and this mixture is poured into the egg mixture. Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and vanilla sugar, and stir the batter together.
Pour the dough in a baking pan at 30 x 40 cm, which is lined with baking paper. Bake the cake at 225 degrees for about 15 minutes, and turn the cake out of the mold.
Mix butter, whipping cream, sugar, flour and cocoa into a saucepan and boil it to it becomes thick (ca. 10 min.). Butter glaze, in addition to the cake, sprinkle with desiccated coconut, and let it get cold.

Tips:
Is suitable to freeze down with glaze. Is still pretty yummy although it has been frozen off. Remember, however, that it must not be stacked on top of each other, when the glaze is soft and it therefore will hang firmly in it it says on top.
