Instructions for Frozen cranberries
To prepare the Frozen cranberries recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the egg whites stiff. Whip the cream to the foam. Whip egg yolks and sugar together and stir the cranberries. Taste if necessary. To with gin. Gently turn the cream and then the egg whites in. For a baking sheet with plastic foil (about 1½ l). Pour half of the mass into the mold. Put meringue on. Cover with the rest of the cranberries. Let ice freeze at least 3 hours. Turn the ice on a long dish. Leave ice for 20 minutes before serving with meringue and lemon balm.
