Saute leeks and mushrooms without it takes color, and it came in a baking dish. Cut the tenderloin into steaks, brown them on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Butter steaks with mustard and twist the bacon around each steak. Put them on the vegetables, Mornaysovs pour over steaks. Set the dish in a 200-degree warm oven for approx. 30 min.
