1 | dl | Sesame seeds |
1000 | g | Grahams |
2 | dl | Flax seed |
2 | dl | Buttermilk |
2 | tsp | Salt |
3 | dl | Whole milk |
4 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Fiber Bread
To prepare the Fiber Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Findel the yeast in the dumplings. Pour some of the warm milk over, stir the yeast and pour the rest of the milk. Mix the buttermilk with water, which must also be lukewarm, and put it together with dough, salt, sesame seeds, millet and flaxseed. Stir until it is a uniform paste and pour the graham flour. Stir the dough uniformly.
Distribute it into two lubricated molds. Smooth the surface with the spartle and form the dough so that it will heal. Let it raise up to approx. 20 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let the loaves cool in the mold before removing them and cooling them completely on the grid.
Store in a plastic bag and refrigerate, but not in a refrigerator. One day in the fridge, dry as much as 4 days in a kitchen cabinet.
