2 | dl | Grated carrots |
2 | dl | Grated Zucchini |
2 | dl | Sliced leeks |
2 | dl | Cut celery |
200 | g | Cream cheese |
25 | g | Butter |
4 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Cheese soup 03
To prepare the Cheese soup 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the bacon nuts and place them on a plate.
Sweat all the "green" in butter + grease from the bacon nuts.
Sprinkle the flour and stir well.
Add lettuce pepper and oregano.
Pour broth and boil for 5 minutes. Then add the cream cheese and simmer the soup for 10 minutes.
Finally, the bacon nuts are sprinkled - and the soup is ready.
