Ingredients for Thai marinade
1 | tbsp | Chinese "femkrydderi" (available in specialty stores) |
1 | tsp | Sesame oil |
2 | cm | Fresh ginger grated |
2 | tbsp | Japanese soy sauce |
2 | Crushed or finely chopped clove of garlic | |
2 | tbsp | Heather honey |
2 | tbsp | Rice wine |
