ROE paté

Ingredients for ROE paté

1 can Boneless herring ca. 30 g + a bit of bed sheet
1 bundle Dill
1 dl Whipped cream
1 bundle Chives
2 Hard boiled eggs
200 g Smoked cod roe

Instructions for ROE paté

To prepare the ROE paté recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut ROE through and scrape "eggs" into a sieve.
Cut the hard boiled egg through and got them in along with the boneless herring as well as whipping cream.
Purér the mixture and stir in a little of the bed sheet from the herring in, but not too much. The taste may not be dominant.
Serve the mass ROE in small individual bowls.
Sprinkle with chives and a little dill sprigs fintklippet.
Serve with toasted rye bread and butter.
