Instructions for Raspberries
To prepare the Raspberries recipe, please follow these instructions:
The aprons are sprinkled with salt, pulling a 1/2 hour.
Dried and sprinkled inside and out with crushed juniper berries, salt, pepper, flour and chopped parsley and grilled approx. Five minutes on each side of the grill. Some juniper berries poured into the glowing grill give a nice taste to the fish. Served with dip and accessories.
Suggested dip: Cremefraiche stirred with grated horseradish and finely chopped apple. Mayonnaise and crème fraiche touched with chopped herbs (parsley, dill, chives, basil).
Suggestions for accessories: Bowls of finely chopped green and red peppers, green and black olives, sliced buttered almonds and sliced mushrooms.
