Nougat cinnamon rolls

Ingredients for Nougat cinnamon rolls

Silver beads
Topping & ornaments
1 tbsp Dr. oetker madagascar ",", "bourbon vanilla sugar
100 g Light chocolate
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 dl Whipped cream
200 g Dark chocolate for coating
200 g Nougat
50 g Soft butter

Instructions for Nougat cinnamon rolls

To prepare the Nougat cinnamon rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the cream in a pan along with cinnamon sticks. Heat the mixture with stirring and simmer at low heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flare and let the saucepan stand with a lid, so the mixture will taste for at least an hour. Chop chocolate and nougat and place it in a hot-resistant bowl, for example aluminum.

Remove the cinnamon sticks from the cream and warm the mixture to the boiling point before pouring over the chocolate and nougat. Leave it for 1 minute and then gently stir until the mass is uniform.

When the mass has reached room temperature, add butter and vanilla sugar with stirring until the consistency is like truffle. Put the dough in the fridge until they are completely cold.

Coat: Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces and melt over a water bath, turn the truffle balls into it.

Lay the truffles for cooling on a piece of baking paper before they solidify decorate each truffle with a silver bead. Store the truffles in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

tips:
Take care when you make the water bath. The water can boil so much that it bubbles. AND you can burn yourself.
