To prepare the Mini apple pie (potions size) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the apples and remove the core. Cut the apples into thin slices and put them in cold water. Whip egg and sugar into an airy "egg snap". Mix the butter and milk in the "egg nap". Then mix flour and baking soda into the egg mixture. Pour the dough into small molds (possibly foil or double-ended mold). Try a little bit of stewed cinnamon over the dough and then spread the apple slices over the dough. Finally, sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon and sugar over the apples. Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees, for approx. 25 min.
